That is the whole list. There are no analytics, advertising, social or third-party cookies on this site, because there are no third-party scripts on it.
Why there is no tracking
Partly principle and partly engineering. A site with no third-party scripts is faster, more private, more secure and easier to make accessible. We would rather know less about visitors and have the site load quickly on a phone with poor signal on a stepped lane in Oia.
If we ever add analytics, this page will say so before it happens, it will be genuinely optional, and declining will be exactly as easy as accepting.
How to clear it
Both items are removed by clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings. Neither affects anything except the two functions described above — clearing them will lose an unsent quote form draft and will show the cookie notice again.
No dark patterns
The cookie notice on this site, where it appears, gives equal weight to accepting and declining. There is no pre-ticked box, no "legitimate interest" toggle buried two screens deep, and no consequence for declining — because there is nothing to consent to beyond what is strictly necessary.
This is not a claim about our virtue. It is a description of a site with no advertising business model attached to it.
